Parking
Is there parking available on property?
Yes
What is the cost?
Presently $25 per car overnight until noon the day of expected departure. 1 Validated Car per room. Additional vehicles will be charged full rate of $40.
Transportation
Do you provide shuttle service to/from Logan?
No. We do not provide complimentary shuttle service, however taxis are readily available at the airport and to the hotel.
Public transportation – are you near any?
Yes. We are near the Green Line of the MBTA (subway trains) system. Take the D line to get off at Longwood or Fenway. Take the E line to Longwood Medical area and walk down Longwood Avenue.
Dining
Do you have a restaurant?
Yes – The Longwood Grille & Bar.
Do you offer Room Service for meals?
Yes. Based on the available hours for the Longwood Grille & Bar.
What meals does it serve?
Normally Breakfast lunch and dinner. Under Covid restrictions, hours and availability have been altered.
Is there a menu online?

Are there other restaurants nearby?
Yes. Many within walking distance. We also have a food court on property and there are many others down the street at Fenway Park area.
Laundry
Do you have laundry facilities on property?
Yes.
Do you have dry cleaning service?
Not at this time.
Rates
Do you have special rates for the hospitals?
Yes – they can be booked online or through reservations directly.
Do you have long terms stay rates?
No. We do not offer long terms stay discounts.
Do you have AAA Rates or Corporate discounts?
Yes. We do offer AAA or corporate
rate discounts off our standard rates. You cannot get discounts off other specials or off Patient rates. We also offer discounts for the various Colleges and Universities.
Do you have Packages?
Yes. We offer several package rates including, Park and Stay, Zoo Package, Museum of Fine Arts, Hope the Bear Packages, Fenway Park and others. Feel free to check online for Seasonal Packages.
What do you need to show proof for Patient stays?
A letter or confirmation of appointment can be provided by your doctors’ office or the hospital you are attending and shown at the time you check in.
What is covered by the $20 Facility Fee?
Daily Admission to Fitness Club – Bodyscapes. Discounted Overnight Parking. Complimentary WiFi throughout the hotel. Keurig Coffee maker and pods. In room safes. Complimentary use of our business computer and printer. Unlimited Free local phone calls and faxes.
Do you accept Pets?
No. Sorry we do not accept pets.
Do you have a pool or fitness facility?
No we do not have a pool but we do have a fitness facility nearby that we have made an agreement with for use during your stay with us.
Location
What is nearby to do?
Fenway Park, The Museum of Fine Arts, Elizbeth Stewart Garner Museum are all walking distance. Also are many of the local Universities such as Harvard Medical School, Harvard School of Public Health, Harvard Dental, Boston University and Northeastern as well as the Colleges of the Fenway: Mass College of Pharmacy, Wentworth, Emmanuel, and Simmons. There are walking paths and jogging paths nearby.
What Hospitals are you near?
We are nearby 5 Harvard teaching medical facilities. Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Brigham and Women’s’ Hospital, Boston Children’s Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and Joslin Diabetes Center.
Is there shopping nearby?
Yes. There is a CVS Pharmacy on location. There is also a Target, Marshalls, Star Market for groceries Nearby. The Copley Mall and shops at Prudential are a short T Ride away.
How far are you from Boston Logan airport?
About 6 miles.
